Things To Do in the Evening: 44 Ideas for When You’re Bored Inside - evening light in the sky illuminating the clouds pink, purple and blue as a pretty sunset in the evening and things to do in the evening or things to do at night

As we creep further and further from the long, warm summer nights we’re slipping back into the routine of evenings spent indoors. I’ve always loved autumn and winter evenings. As much as I love the social nature of the summertime, I do love a cosy, chilled evening in and the opportunity the chilly evenings provide to stay in and work on projects. But it can get boring, especially if you’re stumped for ideas of what to do. *dramatically enters* But alas, my list of things to do in the evening is here to save you on those bitter, bored nights *cape swish*.

Don’t forget to bookmark this page for reference or pin it if you’re into that (there’s a pin waiting for you at the end)!

“I love to watch the fine mist of the night come on,
The windows and the stars illumined, one by one,
The rivers of dark smoke pour upward lazily,
And the moon rise and turn them silver. I shall see
The springs, the summers, and the autumns slowly pass;
And when old Winter puts his blank face to the glass,
I shall close all my shutters, pull the curtains tight,
And build me stately palaces by candlelight.” – Charles Baudelaire

    Love these ideas! I like to relax in the evening, but I also try to be productive too and work on my blog or brainstorm ideas for articles!

      I’m pleased you like them! It’s tricky to strike that balance between productivity and relaxation, especially when you have a passion project like a blog. I often I find my blog provides me with both 🙂
